I didn't become a practitioner because wellness is trending. My body chose it for me. I was sick, frustrated, and tired of being told nothing was wrong. So I now do this because I don't want other women to spend years guessing, googling, and hoping something finally works.

I spent years going to doctors who told me my irregular cycles, painful periods, eczema, hair loss, bloating, gas, and a general sense of feeling like garbage were "normal", or "bad luck," or "just part of being a woman."
I ended up with diagnoses like PMOS (PCOS), IBS, hypothyroidism, and "maybe autoimmunity," but no real explanation for why it was all happening, or why the symptoms just kept stacking up.
So I started digging myself. And the more I learned about women's bodies, the angrier I felt that so few practitioners are trained to connect the dots for us. That fire pulled me out of my decade-long career and into this one.
The right approach taught me that symptoms aren’t random, our bodies are not broken, and most women are being given medications without anyone looking at the full story. That’s the gap my practice fills.
I don't believe in trends, restriction, or adding to your supplement graveyard. Using functional lab testing, I'll help you get a clear picture of how your body is actually functioning and where the imbalances are. From there, we work together on rebuilding the foundations for healthy hormone balance: real nourishment, gut support, blood sugar stability, nervous system work, and targeted protocols where they’re truly needed.
My approach is grounded in one principle: your body already knows how to heal. It's my job to figure out what's getting in the way and build a plan that connects the dots.
"Can't I just take a supplement?"

Complexity is the enemy of execution. Simplicity always wins. (Shoutout to my dad for this one.)

I know how hard it is to invest more time, energy, and money into wellness when nothing else has worked.
My goal is to help you feel more confident in your path. Every protocol is guided by real data and your real experience, so you’re not guessing or following a one-size-fits-all approach (because let’s be honest, those never work). My offerings all provide personalized, 1:1 support so you get exactly what YOU need to bring your body back into balance.
I’m here to help you understand what your body is trying to tell you, feel supported every step of the way, and finally trust that wellness can actually work for you.
