I didn't become a practitioner because wellness is trendy and fun. My body chose it for me. I was sick, frustrated, and tired of being told nothing was wrong. And I don't want other women to spend years guessing, googling, and hoping something finally works.

Nutritional therapy practitioner

I spent my college years thinking my sensitive stomach, painful periods, and fatigue were just bad luck. I spent my 20s building a career and wondering why my health was only getting worse. I was successful on the outside but quietly miserable on the inside. 

I kept thinking if I found the right supplement, eliminated the right food, or just pushed through long enough, eventually my body would stop punishing me. But the turning point wasn’t supplements and restriction — it was finding an approach that didn't view symptoms in isolation. 

Healing taught me that symptoms aren’t random, my body wasn’t broken, and that most women aren’t being given the whole story. That’s the gap my practice fills.

This isn’t about trends, restriction, or adding to your supplement graveyard. Using functional lab testing, we’ll get a clear picture of how your gut, hormones, and stress response are actually functioning. From there, we work together on rebuilding foundations: real nourishment, blood sugar stability, nervous system support, and targeted protocols where they’re truly needed. 

My approach is grounded in one principle: your body already knows how to heal. It's my job to figure out what's getting in the way and build a plan that connects the dots. I combine my nutritional therapy training, certifications, and real-word experience to guide women safely and effectively.
